We curate a customized day-by-day itinerary in precise detail, entirely based on your preferences and hopes for your trip to Japan.
This itinerary includes a daily outline of all recommended activities, transportation, restaurants, and accommodations, assuring your Japan journey will be a unique and beautiful one.
The places we suggest are not the ones found in typical tourist books — instead, these are the places and activities which give you access to the true Japan, that can only be accessed by connection to in-the-know locals like our consultants.
Our Pricing:
$500 for one-week custom-made Japan itinerary
$800 for two-week custom-made Japan itinerary
$1,000+ for three-week and beyond custom-made Japan itineraries
Pricing includes an initial one-hour consultation, a fully custom-made itinerary, and a final one-hour itinerary presentation session (including necessary revision + consultation)

Restaurant reservation service (+ special arrangements for dietary restriction customized communications)
Hotel / Ryokan reservation service (conducted through a trusted travel agency we partner with)
Transportation reservation service (including airport transfers, bullet train bookings, private car transfers to more remote countryside locations, and more)
On-call support during your time in Japan (with bilingual Japanese + English speaking staff to support you through the language barrier)
Please kindly note that we do not operate as a travel agency, and therefore we are not able to directly book hotels/transportation ourselves. We instead connect you to the appropriate sites and points of contact to process these bookings directly. This means more credit card points for you!
